5) The New (Heart) Covenant & New Birth revealed
- Ezekiel
- Ezekiel 11:19 And I will give them one heart and I will put
a new spirit within you and I will take the stony heart out of
their flesh, and will give them an heart of flesh."
- Ezekiel
- Ezekiel 36:24-27 "For I will take you from among the nations,
and gather you out of all countries, and will bring you into your
own land. Then will I sprinkle clean water upon you, and you shall
be clean: from all your uncleanness, and from all your idols,
will I cleanse you. A new heart also will I give you and a new
spirit will I put within you: and I will take away the stony heart
out of your flesh, and I will give you a heart of flesh And I
will put my spirit within you and cause you to walk in my statutes,
and you shall keep my judgments, and do them."
- Jeremiah
- Jeremiah 31:31-33 "Behold, the days come. saith the L-RD,
that I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel, and
with the house of Judah: Not according to the covenant that I
made with their fathers in the day that I took them by the hand
to bring them out of the land of Egypt; which my covenant they
broke, although I was an husband unto them, saith the L-RD: But
this shall be the covenant that I will make with the house of
Israel; After those days, saith the L-RD, I will put my law in
their inward parts, and write it in their hearts; and will be
their G-d, and they shall be my people. "
- Yeshua
- New Covenant Parallel - John 3:3 "Yeshua answered and said
unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born
again, he cannot see the kingdom of G-d." John 3: 5 "Yeshua
answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, except a man be born
of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of
God."
- Paul
- New Covenant Parallel - Romans 10:9-13 If you shall confess
with your mouth the L-rd Yeshua, and shall believe in your heart
that God has raised him from the dead, thou shall be saved. For
with the heart man believes unto righteousness; and with the mouth
confession is made unto salvation. For the scripture say, whosoever
believes on him shall not be ashamed. For there is no difference
between the Jew and the Gentile: for the same L-rd over all is
rich unto all that call upon him. For whosoever shall call upon
the name of the L-rd shall be saved."
